Within 7 minutes of the Münchner Freiheit or the main campus of the TU Munich, and 10 minutes from the LMU. The Olympiapark or English Garden can also be reached by bike in a few minutes.
The Hohenzollernplatz stop of the U2 is a 4 minute walk away, and the main train station can then be reached in about 5 minutes. The streetcar stop Herzogstraße is only one street away and also offers the night streetcar, N27 - so you can get home around the clock. By bus, you can also easily get to Münchner Freiheit in winter and quickly get to the TU Munich campus in Garching from there.
In the immediate vicinity you will find many opportunities for your daily shopping. At the end of the day you can enjoy the sunset in the Olympiapark or spontaneously play a round of spike or volleyball in the Luitpoldpark or Bayernpark.
From our underground car park, you can reach the A9 and thus the middle ring road in just a few minutes. Underground parking spaces can be rented by the day. There is a waiting list for a permanent parking space.
